CHESTNUT TIRAMISU

Name :                         Chestnut Tiramisu

Ingredient
        - Mascarpone cheese                                  - Sugar
        - Whipping cream                                       - Coco Powder (garnish)

        Chestnut puree
        -
Dark Chocolate (for garnish)                     - Coffee
        - Lady finger                                              - Kahlua

 Preparation :  
         Mix mascarpone cheese with sugar
         Soak lady finger in Kahlua and coffee
         Beat the whipping cream            

Cooking method :       
        1. Add whipped cream into mascarpone cheese.
        2. lay the lady finger into the glass, follow up with chest nut puree, mascarpone until the layers are up to the top of glass.
        3. Garnished with coco powder and chocolate as picture shown.
