Name :                       Salmon gravlas on multigrain’s toast with Ali apple gel

Ingredient
        - Multigrain’s toast                        - Salmon gray lax
        - Cream cheese                             - Dill
        - Caviar

ai apple gel
- Apple juice                                 - Lime juice
- ai colla                                       - Gelatine sheet

 Preparation :  
              Mix apple juice with ai together
              Cut the toast into triangle sharp
              Soak gelatins in cold water and leave it on the side
              Make apple juice by boil ingredients together add gelatins and leaves it until set then cut it into cube 
              Cut salmon into dice shape

Cooking method :       
              1. Put salmon on toast nicely and garnish it with caviar, dill, cream cheese and apple gel
