Ingredient
- Crab meat - Whipped cream
- Eggs Number 4. - Seasoning
- White pepper - Nutmegs
- Parmesan cheese - Spring onion
Preparation :
Sautee crab with butter and seasoning
Cooking method :
1. Mix egg with cream, parmesan cheese and seasoning with nutmeg and white pepper
2. Put in pastry cup add chopped spring onion and bake at 180c top 150 under for 20 Min.
