HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Name :                     Hazelnut Chocolate pudding

Ingredient
         - Dark chocolate                                         - Sugar
         - Hazelnut chopping                                    - Egg yolks

Vanilla essence
- Egg white                                                - Sugar
- Strawberry (garnish)                                 - Mint (garnish)
- White chocolate (garnish)

 Preparation :  
          Beat egg white until soft peak
          Melt the chocolate on Bain Marie
          Roasted hazelnut and crush it when it is cold

Cooking method :       
         1. Beat egg yolk with sugar add melt chocolate and vanilla essence.
         2. Gently fold egg white into the mixture the add crushed hazelnut.
         3. Put the mixture into the mound and place in Bain Marie tray then put in oven at 180c top and 150c under for 30 mins.
