HOW TO COOK

MINI SNOW FISH BURGER FLAVOURED WITH
BLACK PEPPER AND CHINESE PLUM SAUCE

Name :                      Mini snow fish burger flavoured with black pepper and chinese plum                                  sauce

Ingredient
         - Minced Snow Fish                            - Black Pepper
         - Oyster sauce                                  - Sugar
         - Diced onion                                    - Chinese plum seeded
         - Tamarind juice                                - Tomato sliced
         - Lettuce                                          - Seasoning
         - ai colla                                           - Bread crumb
         - Cream                                           - Mini burger bun
         - Egg quail                                       - Bacon sliced
         - Cooking oil

 Preparation :  
              Mixed ai with cream.
              Boil Chinese plum with tamarind juice together and leave it on the side.
              Sweat onion with oil until it is cooked and leave it on the side.
              Fry egg quail sunny side up.
              Warm burger bun.
              Fry bacon.

Cooking method :       
              1. Blend fish, cream, bread crumb until it mix together add onion and seasoning with sugar and oyster sauce.
              2. Make mixture into burger shape and grill it both side until it is cooked.
              3. Arrange the burger nicely and serve as picture shown.
